In this lesson me and my group have all set up a Gmail so we can keep intouch with eachother and to keep a diary, so we can make plans and know our deadlines.
The reason we have made a calender is so we know all the dates of what we have to do. It is an organized folder where anyone can add or edit details. We have used this to guide a production schedule on. We will check it on a daily basis and keep contact, so we know when to meet up. We will know when to keep certain days free to be able to sort out our filming days and when we are planning to edit. We can fit all sorts of information on it and keep intouch and email eachother files if need be.
We have also decided to colour code the calendar so that it is easily visible who posted what on the calendar.
I am the colour red.
Jason is the colour green.
Dom is the colour grey/blue.
